Residency Application

As part of Sanus House you will be required to live a lifestyle that promotes sober living. You will have obligations and expectations. It is expected you will attend a 12 step program and remain drug free. You will be required to take random UA tests. Most importantly, your particpation is voluntary, you may leave at any time.   • Sanus House provides housing for men and women in separate housing.
  • Sanus House does not discriminate for ANY reason. Your application is accepted or rejected on the basis of availablity and fit with the current residents.
  • We ask demographic (race, religion, gender, age) questions strictly for the purpose of general analysis and reporting. You are not required to answer these questions and they have no bearing on your approval.

Do you have any health issues, including disabilites?
As a sober living home, no opiate based medications are permitted. Please let us know if you are detoxing from any of your medications. You will be required to pass a UA test upon arrival.
